Please state the name of the parties concerned, the date of the mediation and the nature of your concern.
All complaints will be acknowledged in writing within 5 days
All complaints will be investigated and responded to in writing within 21 days and responded
If my response is not acceptable, then the complainant can appeal to the Civil Mediation Council on certain grounds.
