Complaints

Your experience is important to me and I welcome any feedback. I provide an evaluation form post mediation however, if you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact me by telephone or email, within 7 days.

Please state the name of the parties concerned, the date of the mediation and the nature of your concern.

  •  All complaints will be acknowledged in writing within 5 days

  • All complaints will be investigated and responded to in writing within 21 days and responded

  • If my response is not acceptable, then the complainant can appeal to the Civil Mediation Council on certain grounds.
